Return & Exchange Policy
We want every Oye Closet order to feel right. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not fit as expected, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags, labels, invoice, and original packaging must be available.
- Customized, altered, final sale, and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible unless damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team with your order number, product details, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will confirm availability for the requested size, color, or replacement product.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a return, store credit, or alternate product.
Return Process
- Approved returns must be handed over to the assigned courier or shipped as instructed by our support team.
- Once the product passes quality check, the refund or store credit will be processed.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days after quality approval.
Shipping Charges
- Return or exchange shipping may be chargeable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping charges and COD fees, where applicable, may not be refundable.
